Allotments - rents and agreements

Rents

Yearly rent of £19.00 (full allotment) or £9.50 (half allotment).

If paid before the 30th April, you can receive a £5.00 discount on a full allotment and £2.50 per half allotment plus a 25% discount for Tenants over 60 years of age.

Agreement

Agreements are avaiable from Sutton Cheney Parish Council via the Parish Clerk, and are issued individually to each tennant for a term of one year, which can be renewed annually if required.

Each tenant will be given a copy of the rules and regulations as provided by Sutton Cheney Parish Council. Tenants will have to read, understand and agree with the terms before signing their agreement.
